General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These terms apply to all transport services provided by Alpen Transfer.
2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded when Alpen Transfer confirms the booking request in writing (Email/WhatsApp).
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment is due either in advance or immediately after the service.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the transfer are free of charge. Later cancellations may be charged at 100% of the price.
5. Passenger Conduct
Smoking and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle.
